In my next episode, my guest is Kasey Jorgenson, broker and owner of Jorgenson Group Real Estate. We discuss how agents and brokerages can use AI to streamline operations, improve follow-up, and create more time for meaningful client relationships.
Kasey shares how his team is leveraging AI-powered workflows, automated task management, and custom-built assistants to reduce administrative burden and help agents focus on high-value activities. From using AI to prioritize daily tasks and review communications to building an internal AI assistant that helps identify opportunities and improve lead engagement, he provides practical examples that agents can implement today.
This episode drops on June 17th.
AI News You Should Know
Google cut the price of its AI Plus subscription to $4.99 and doubled the storage. On June 8, Google dropped its AI Plus plan from $7.99 to $4.99 a month, with storage jumping from 200GB to 400GB. The plan includes Gemini access, NotebookLM, Omni Flash video generation, and AI Inbox in Gmail. At $4.99, it's now the cheapest premium AI subscription from any major provider, undercutting OpenAI's ChatGPT Go and pressuring Plus subscribers to reconsider their plan. For real estate agents who use Google tools daily (Drive, Gmail, Sheets), this is a low-cost way to get expanded NotebookLM limits and a serious AI assistant for less than a fancy coffee.
ChatGPT rolled out a simpler model picker and new tools for managing your work. Between June 10 and June 12, OpenAI shipped several practical updates. The model picker now offers cleaner choices (Instant, Medium, High, and Pro-only) so you don't have to guess between GPT-5.5 variants. You can also now delete individual memories from the memory summary page and turn memory off entirely. And the new Library feature gives you a single place to find and reuse files you've uploaded or created in ChatGPT. For real estate agents who use ChatGPT regularly, these aren't headline features, but they make daily work cleaner and give you more control over what ChatGPT remembers about you.
Apple unveiled a fully redesigned Siri AI at WWDC 2026, powered by Google Gemini. On June 8, Apple introduced Siri AI, an entirely new version of Siri that's more conversational, context-aware, and capable of handling multi-step tasks across apps. Under the hood, Siri AI uses a custom Gemini model from Google in a $1 billion-a-year licensing deal. In demos, Siri AI pulled directions from a landmark seen in an Instagram post, read on-screen text and images on a Mac, and held back-and-forth conversations like ChatGPT. Coming to iPhone, iPad, and Mac later this year for U.S. customers in English. For real estate agents on iPhone, this is the catch-up moment. Siri may finally be useful for drafting follow-ups, summarizing client conversations, and pulling info across apps on the go.
