Google introduces the new era of browsing with Chrome by integrating Gemini into its browser. Chrome auto browse” is a “powerful agentic experience that handles multi-step chores on your behalf. Google touts other use cases like: scheduling appointments, filling out forms, collecting tax documents, getting quotes for plumbers and electricians, checking if bills are paid, filing expense reports, managing subscriptions, and renewing licenses. Chrome auto browse is rolling out starting today to AI Pro and AI Ultra subscribers in the US. There’s a daily limit to how many agentic actions you can take.
YouTube will soon allow creators to make Shorts using AI versions of their own likeness while also providing tools to prevent others from using it without permission.

According to recent 1000Watt research of buyers and sellers:
• 61 percent of consumers said they used AI to find or evaluate real estate agents
• 97 percent said AI was somewhat or very helpful in that process
That means AI search is no longer experimental. It is already shaping agent visibility, credibility, and selection. Here are two resources (custom GPT’s) that will elevate your game in AI search that you can leverage today:
1) Agent bio visibility optiimizer - This custom GPT (in chatGPT) will interview you and take your current bio and rewrite it for consistency on all platforms that you have the ability to post a bio. This provides consistency to AI engines and now step 2
2) AI Answer Builder - This custom GPT will help create articles around topics being searched on that you can post to your website / blog to build topic authority. As you are aware, most AI users are using long conversational searches (Ex: Show me the best agents in Montgomery County, PA that can sell my luxury home the quickest with the highest price). This AI answer builder GPT will make it easy for you to create content to be found in such searches so you can be seen, be believed and be chosen.
