Speak your prompts. Get better outputs.
The best AI outputs come from detailed prompts. But typing long, context-rich prompts is slow - so most people don't bother.
Wispr Flow turns your voice into clean, ready-to-paste text. Speak naturally into ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, or any AI tool and get polished output without editing. Describe edge cases, explain context, walk through your thinking - all at the speed you talk.
Millions of people use Flow to give AI tools 10x more context in half the time. 89% of messages sent with zero edits.
Works system-wide on Mac, Windows, iPhone, and now Android (free and unlimited on Android during launch).

Weekly Recap
🎙 What a week to be paying attention. Brian Boero of 1000watt joins us this episode with numbers that should stop every agent in their tracks, nearly half of recent buyers and sellers used AI during their transaction, and many of them were already deep into the research process before they ever picked up the phone to call an agent. Meanwhile, this week's AI news is all about tools that work while you're away from your desk, Claude dispatching tasks from your phone, Perplexity's AI browser landing on iPhone, and Google making it dead simple to design professional marketing materials without a designer.
Take a few minutes to sharpen your edge. Let’s get into it.

CURRENT EPISODE

My most recent episode features Brian Boero, Co-founder of 1000watt, one of the sharpest minds in real estate marketing and strategy. Brian breaks down what consumers are actually doing with AI before they contact an agent, researching neighborhoods, running comps, and vetting professionals, and what that means for how agents need to show up. His key message: the agents who win aren't the ones fighting AI, they're the ones who understand how their clients are using it and position themselves accordingly. If you've ever wondered how to stay relevant in a world where buyers come to the table better-informed than ever, this episode gives you a clear-eyed answer.

EP 115: How Smart Agents Use AI Without Losing Their Authentic Voice

In my next episode, my guest is Brittany Jordan, broker/owner at Mason Magnolia Real Estate.
Brittany makes a point that more agents need to hear: AI should not replace your voice, it should help more people hear it. Brittany shares how she uses AI as a creative partner rather than a shortcut — and why the difference between those two approaches shows up immediately in your content. If your AI-generated posts feel flat or generic, this episode will change how you think about the whole process
This episode drops on March 25th.
AI News You Should Know
Google Stitch launched what it's calling "vibe design" — an AI-native canvas that lets anyone describe what they want and get a polished, high-fidelity design back in minutes. Real Estate Agents with no design background can now build professional-looking landing pages, client presentation layouts, or marketing screens just by explaining the goal in plain English, then export directly to developer tools.
Perplexity’s Comet Browser now available for iPhone - Perplexity is bringing its full AI assistant to iPhone users for free. Agents can use it to research a property, summarize an article mid-showing, or prep for a listing appointment hands-free with voice mode — all without switching apps. Cross-device sync means you can start research on your desktop and pick up on your phone seamlessly.
Claude Dispatch launched this week as a research preview inside Claude's Cowork platform, and it's one of the more practical AI updates real estate agents have seen in a while. You set Claude running on your desktop, pair it with your phone, and then send it tasks from wherever you are — between showings, from your car, waiting at a closing. Come back to your desk and the work is done. Think pulling together a listing report, organizing client files, or drafting follow-up emails while Claude works in the background. It's rolling out to Pro subscribers ($20/month) now, with Max plan users ($100/month) already up and running. Currently Mac only.
Get AI Smart
There has been a lot of conversations of the challenge to transition from one model to another due to the training and instructions one has given their current model. Here is a step-by-step guide (working link) I built for anyone wanting to transition from ChatGPT to Claude (as an example) without losing anything. Don’t skip Step 1 and you will thank me later.
Always be curious,
