EP 112: Why AI Is Moving From Efficiency To Multiplication For Agents

In our next episode, my guest is my guest is Shayan Hamidi, co-founder and CEO of Rechat, to explore how AI is evolving from simple time savings to true time multiplication for real estate agents.

Rather than focusing on small efficiency gains, Shayan argues that AI’s real power is in execution and integration. Agents who adopt AI as an embedded workflow partner, not just a writing tool, will gain leverage that compounds across every transaction.

This episode drops on March 4th.

AI News You Should Know

Claude Code and OpenClaw have taken 2026 by storm by offering the first glimpses of personal AI agents. Perplexity just unveiled Perplexity Computer, an agent that could prove to be more versatile and easier to use.  It's also only available to Perplexity Max subscribers ($200/month) to start, while Perplexity says it will roll out to Pro ($20/month) and Enterprise subscribers in the coming weeks.

Google just introduced Nano Banana 2 (Gemini 3.1 Flash Image), an image generation and editing model that aims to deliver Nano Banana Pro level capabilities at “Flash” speed, meaning faster iterations without giving up quality. Highlights include stronger world knowledge and web-search grounding for more accurate visuals, improved text rendering and localization inside images, and better subject consistency for multi-step creative workflows.

Google’s recently announced an upgrade to Opal 2 for building smarter, agent‑driven workflows inside Google Workspace. It highlights how the new agent capabilities can reduce manual steps, streamline complex processes, and make your internal tools far more responsive.

Anthropic is pushing Claude deeper into day to day enterprise workflows with updates to Cowork and plugins. The big move is admin controlled, private plugin marketplaces, plus tighter governance over connectors and skills, so teams can standardize “how we use AI here” without turning it into the wild west. They also preview Claude orchestrating multi step work across Excel and PowerPoint (analyze in Excel, then build the deck in PowerPoint), which is a practical signal of where agentic workflows are heading inside real organizations.

Get AI Smart

There has been a lot of conversations of the challenge to transition from one model to another due to the training and instructions one has given their current model. Here is a step-by-step guide I built for anyone wanting to transition from ChatGPT to Claude (as an example) without losing anything. Don’t skip Step 1 and you will thank me later.

Always be curious,
