Weekly Recap
🎙 This week, two stories caught my attention that share a common thread: AI is quietly embedding itself into the tools real estate agents already use. Google merged NotebookLM into Gemini, turning it into a research hub that can power your next buyer presentation. And Rechat shipped a free AI feature that turns your post-showing voice memos into structured follow-up plans. Plus, coming up on the podcast, Jill Wente shares how a client found her through ChatGPT, and how that moment led to nearly four million dollars in volume from AI-driven opportunities.
Take a few minutes to sharpen your edge. Let’s get into it.

In my next episode, my guest is Jill Wente of Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Gary Greene from Spring, TX. Jill shares about how years of blogging, SEO, and building online authority positioned her to benefit from the rise of AI search.
Jill shares the moment a client told her they discovered her through ChatGPT and how that pushed her to study how AI engines evaluate agents online. By strengthening consistent digital signals, publishing neighborhood and expertise content, and showcasing reviews and experience, she generated multiple listings and nearly four million dollars in volume from AI-driven opportunities over the past year.

AI News You Should Know
ReChat launched AI Memo, a free conversation intelligence tool built into its platform that records, transcribes, and structures client conversations from in-person meetings or voice memos. The feature is powered by Rechat's AI assistant Lucy, with an embedded coaching layer called Lucy Insight that analyzes each conversation and suggests follow-up steps. Real estate agents can record a meeting (with client permission) or dictate notes after a showing, and AI Memo turns that into a structured summary with key takeaways, automatically linked to the right contact and deal. No extra app, no extra cost.
Google fully integrated NotebookLM into Gemini this week, letting users create research notebooks directly inside the Gemini chatbot. You can upload PDFs, documents, website URLs, and YouTube videos into a notebook, and Gemini will use that material to answer questions, generate summaries, and create content. For real estate agents, this means you could load a neighborhood's zoning docs, recent comp reports, and a school district page into one notebook, then ask Gemini to help you write a buyer presentation or neighborhood guide grounded in those specific sources.
