AI News You Should Know

ChatGPT is now available in Apple CarPlay, letting iPhone users start and resume voice conversations hands-free in supported vehicles. If you have iOS 26.4 or newer and a supported car, you can launch or continue a voice chat directly from the CarPlay interface, picking up where you left off from the mobile app.

Lofty launched Homeowner Agent this week, an AI tool built to mine your existing CRM for potential sellers before they raise their hand. The tool monitors contacts already in an agent's database, identifies signals associated with selling intent, and automatically nurtures those homeowners with personalized property and market updates including estimated home value, equity position, and net proceeds, until they're ready to engage.

Zillow launched AI Mode this week, a conversational search experience built directly into Zillow's platform that lets buyers and renters ask questions instead of setting filters. Users can start with broad questions like "Is it better to rent or buy in Philadelphia?" and work toward more specific searches, with the AI remembering preferences across sessions and offering guidance on affordability, negotiation, and neighborhood tradeoffs.

Get AI Smart

I have been building, and I want to put three new tools directly in your hands. These are custom GPTs I created for real estate professionals. Two are built for listing appointments, helping you walk in prepared and walk out with the business. The third is built for something agents don't talk about enough: deepening the client relationships you already have.

1) Taylor - Seller Pre-Market Snapshot: This GPT creates a seller-facing real estate pre-market snapshot for a home. It’s designed to help an agent or broker turn a property address, public data, and optional MLS comps into a polished 1–2 page report.

2) Claire - Property Marketing Blueprint: This GPT creates seller-facing Property Marketing Blueprints for real estate agents. It helps an agent win a listing by turning a property address and a few agent inputs into a polished, concise pre-listing marketing report.

3) Jordan - Personality Snapshot Generator: This GPT is built for the relationship side of your business. Jordan reads public content authored by a person and produces an evidence-based DISC communication brief. Before a check-in call, a tough conversation, or any moment where you want to show up more attuned to how a client thinks and communicates, Jordan gives you a sharper read on that person. The agents who retain clients and earn referrals are the ones who make every interaction feel personal — Jordan helps you get there faster.

Here is a step-by-step guide I built for anyone wanting to transition from ChatGPT to Claude without losing anything. Don’t skip Step 1, you will thank me later.

Always be curious,

-Rajeev
