In summary, the free version of ChatGPT should be sufficient for occasional users, as it includes several updates, most notably an improved AI model. However, frequent and advanced users will benefit from the paid version, which offers features such as building custom GPT’s and multi-modal capabilities.

The ChatGPT app for Mac (MacOS 14 and Apple Silicon M1 or better) is available to both free and paid users, and can significantly enhance your AI experience by allowing seamless integration into your daily workflow with a single keyboard command (Option + Space).

We are living in a world that is fundamentally being transformed by AI and other technology. We are starting to see agents using these tools and seeing the massive potential of AI to increase efficiencies in their business. Also, think hard about the fact that what you see in AI today is the worst it will ever be and is getting better fast, super fast. But no matter how effective AI is, it doesn’t replace the innate human quality of relationships, which are still crucial in our business.

Instead of worrying about being “replaced” by AI, we find it more useful to think of AI as the “gift of the shift” and to answer a fundamental question in embracing any technology: how can I use this technology to create efficiencies in my business so we can build more memorable client relationships. After all, the future of our business is still human.
